燃气锅炉点火前的检查:1.锅炉、风机和锅炉循环水泵应处于良好的工作状态。.安全附件(如压力表、水位表、锅炉防爆门等)应齐全、灵活、可靠。.热水箱水位高于水箱高度的2/3(但低于溢流口)。锅炉水位已满。.保持烟道畅通，打开引风机风门。.检查天然气供应系统是否能正常工作（气压是否正常，气液分离器是否排空），打开气体手动阀，无泄漏。燃气锅炉点火启动：1.启动锅炉引风机，通风20分钟。.按启动按钮启动燃烧器喷嘴。第一步：先吹炉子5分钟。 5分钟后，它会自动点燃。观察点火是否成功。成功后，先低火运行一分钟，然后自动转为高火，然后启动引风机正常运行。 (自动程序)3.在操作过程中，应定期检查，每半小时检查一次，主要检查点：a.天然气流量和压力是否稳定。b.电机燃烧器是否正常运行，电机中是否有噪音。c.炉膛火焰正常吗？d.锅炉热水循环泵是否正常(手动试验)。e.锅炉压力是否正常(正常压力，调整范围:高停火，低启动)。F.引风机是否正常以及电动机是否发出异常声音。4.在正常运行过程中，燃烧器无需任何操作，所有大小火转换将根据设置需要自动执行。.燃烧器具有手动转高火和转小火钮的功能，可根据需要手动控制热量。 (启停2#消防开关)停止燃气锅炉:1.熔炉按生产要求定期启动和停止。.按下停止按钮停止燃烧器，关闭管道供气阀。
